Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting my small business.

Shipments are created Monday thru Wednesday.  If there is a high volume of orders, additional days may be added.

Once the items leave our location, we have no control over the delivery.  Tracking is provided on every shipped order.  Please check the tracking issue before contacting us on expected delivery dates.  We will use the same information to track your orders.  If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of shipment, we will investigate the order and make a decision on item status.  You may also contact the postal service via the tracking information provided to you. We have the final decisions on item refunds.
